Today’s lesson, we focused on the scenery—the Locations, Props. We noted key elements like the cardboard TARDIS (a prop) and the backgrounds, such as the swirling time vortex and the futuristic control room (the locations). These visuals are import for showing where and when the adventure takes place.
This term we have been focusing on Measurement and on Wednesday it was a beautiful day outside and so our experimenting with water and measurement took place. We set up three water stations and got into groups. We measured using small amounts of water (5ml in a syringe and teaspoon, 15ml in a tablespoon, 250ml in a cup) and counted how many ml in larger containers. It was fun counting the number of cups in a bucket and also our massive pot we had.
